Chef Arnaud Dunand Sauthier, a celebrated name in the culinary world, brings a wealth of experience and a deep-rooted passion for French cuisine. As the former chef de cuisine at the two-Michelin-starred Le Normandie in Bangkok, chef Sauthier is known for breathing new life into classic French dishes. His signature dishes of omble chevalier with spruce, and caviar with uni and champagne sauce draw inspiration from Savoie in the French Alps, where he grew up, and Brittany, where he spends seaside holidays.

Now, as an ambassador for Evian, chef Sauthier continues to push the envelope of cuisine, pairing his creations with the purity of Evian water.

Together, chefs Sauthier and Chin will craft a menu that draws from both their unique culinary backgrounds in a collection of dishes that champion the vibrance of Malaysian ingredients and elegance of French cuisine.

Every dish aims to showcase Evian water, whether still or sparkling, and celebrate the versatility of each drink. Evian Still water offers a delicate, neutral profile while Evian Sparkling water proves uniquely refreshing with a fine fizz that allows the flavours of each dish to shine.
