Pizza and cheese: what’s not to love, right? At this pizzeria, each 10-inch Neapolitan-style pies are baked in a wood-fired oven to achieve a gloriously crisp exterior with a chewy centre. Its trio formaggio offers a beautiful union of sharp gorgonzola picante, nutty grana padano and floral fior di latte. Rich and savoury flavours are balanced with the addition of Greek honey.
