The love for fish and chips knows no bounds, and for the first time, the team at Battered are expanding their operations further out into the city, finding a new home in B.E.D in TRX

Frickles and a Guinness slushie? Sounds about right.

B.E.D and Battered is the partnership that you might not have thought of, but they come together perfectly in more ways than one. Forget what you know about standard operating hours, and even social etiquette surrounding mid-day libations. Once you see the menu they have planned, it makes it easier to throw the rulebook out the window.

Arriving in Market Lane, TRX, is Battered’s new residency in B.E.D’s kitchen. The judgement-free zone invites you to stretch your lunch into drinks effortlessly, and does so deliciously. This new location is an invite for longer mealtimes, and with the addition of B.E.D’s all-day cocktail program, be prepared to easily stay from day to night.

The red hues of the interior is the effortlessly cool vibe you want to be seen in enjoying a pint and chips. Come at the right times, and you’ll find live DJs creating a live soundtrack to your meal. 

Battered has been making waves within the food scene in Kuala Lumpur with their fish and chips, found in REX KL, known to do it the classic way of the chip shop found in the UK. Their menu is scattered with classic chip shop finds, including all the classic accoutrements of curry sauce and mushy peas, but also dotted with gems such as fried pickles, or frickles, pickled eggs, and fried Mars bars for dessert.
