1. The Aubrey

The Aubrey at Mandarin Oriental, Hong Kong will be collaborating with Jamie Rhind from The Bamboo Bar of Mandarin Oriental, Bangkok, to host a cross-border cocktail exchange event from March 7 to 12.

Three of The Bamboo Bar’s signature drinks are now offered at The Aubrey, while three of The Aubrey’s most popular concoctions will be available in Bangkok for guests to enjoy. Hongkongers are welcome to sample Thai-inspired drinks such as The Currency of Honey, featuring a blend of Zacapa rum, wild honey, cinnamon, basil and tonic; Summit, a gin-based cocktail that pays homage to the region’s Khao Khiao mountain range; as well as Hawker, a refreshing libation featuring lemongrass, lime and ginger that’s inspired by Bangkok’s famous street food culture.

3. Hutong

Hutong is bringing back its ever-popular Feng Wei brunch menu. Guests will be treated to hearty spread featuring dim sum dishes and northern Chinese specialities such as crab roe siu mai, poached shrimp and minced pork wontons; crispy duck spring rolls; crispy soft-shell crab with Sichuan dried chilli—all enjoyed with free-flow beer, red and white wines, and house special ginger cocktails.
