The sparkling evening inspired conversations and ideas complemented by Chef Stephan Zoisl’s new seasonal menu paired with Mortlach’s bold pours

The smooth fire of whisky, the flavours of season and the sparkling ideas that come from good conversation came together last week when Tatler Singapore and Mortlach held an exclusive dinner at Chef’s Table by Chef Stephan Zoisl.

The special event saw guests such as Gen.T honourees Dr Marcus Ang, Vikna Rajah, Anna Vanessa Haotanto and Annabelle Kwok mingling with Architology co-founder Terrence Quah, Dr Leslie Kuek and Tatler Singapore’s Executive Editor Pakkee Tan.

Over a delicious meal featuring fresh seasonal ingredients lovingly prepared by Chef Stephan, paired with Mortlach’s sensational expressions, guests discussed topics ranging from vintage cars, to future applications of the blockchain and more, chatting till parting ways at the restaurant’s closing time.
