Drawing inspiration from Hong Kong cafés, Bolo Coffee Club offers something refreshingly different from the usual third-wave coffee shop. Built around a towering tree, the café seamlessly weaves nature into its design, with curved architecture, arched details and earthy textures creating a calming retreat. Its tiled exterior draws you in, while warm-toned interiors, tropical touches and thoughtfully curated artworks give the space an inviting, lived-in feel. Come by and lounge at one of the high tables, sink into the sofa seating or head up to the rooftop deck with a matcha, peanut butter or sesame latte in hand. If you’re feeling hungry, stop by for a boozy brunch and dig into a rib-eye or mentaiko mayo sandwich. Short on time? Their curbside grab-and-go window makes it easy to pick up your coffee.

One of Poblacion’s newer speciality coffee destinations, Wideye has quickly earned a following for taking its coffee seriously without taking itself too seriously. The space is casual, minimalist yet welcoming, making it equally suited for a quick espresso or an unhurried afternoon. Expect well-executed classics alongside seasonal specials, with a thoughtful food menu to match. Don’t leave without trying the burger or the breakfast sandwich with longganisa and hash browns.
