The whisky brand’s second release from the Couture Collection is another partnership with British designer, Richard Quinn, who created the bottle’s exclusive look

Scotch whisky meets high fashion with the Royal Salute House of Quinn by Richard Quinn. The ultra-limited and coveted expression—which was created in partnership with Richard Quinn, the rising star of British fashion—is the second release from the Couture Collection, which blends Royal Salute’s whisky-making tradition with Quinn’s innovative designs.

“I’ve always had an admiration for outstanding shows of craft and collaborating with Royal Salute on this second release in the Couture Collection has given me the opportunity to celebrate this,” shared Quinn, who elaborated that the second release gave him a chance to combine “many different skills in one place” to come up with this new edition.

His creativity is evident from the moment you lay your eyes on the sleek bottle, meticulously crafted from black Dartington crystal and hand-painted with flowers that represent Quinn’s bold and colourful collections. Gold leaves complete the beautiful motif, while a striking gold cap crowns the masterpiece.

Even the eye-catching black box engraved with the same floral details is a collectable, thus showcasing the bottle’s exclusivity. What’s more, Quinn designed and printed a luxurious silk pocket square, which completes the stylish collection.

Matching the exclusive design is the bespoke blend, crafted by master blender Sandy Hyslop using the finest and ultra-rare single malts sourced across Scotland. Some of these were laid to rest in 1990—the year Quinn was born. What he has come up with is a blended single malt with beautiful floral notes entwined with a long and oaky finish. It is, indeed, a complex blend that symbolises Quinn’s elegant and daring style that has put him at the forefront of British fashion scene and earned him the prestigious ‘Award for British Design’ in 2018 from the late Queen Elizabeth II.

The House of Quinn by Richard Quinn is limited to 200 bottles worldwide—each one is specially numbered as a sign of its rarity. It joins the 21 Year Old Richard Quinn Edition, the first release in the Couture Collection that was launched in September 2021.

Royal Salute blended Scotch whisky has launched a fashion-themed pop-up with the ultra-limited House of Quinn by Richard Quinn edition.
