Martell Single Cru

Crafted by Christophe Valtaud, cellar master of the maison, the Martell Single Cru Collection is a rare liquid, comprising only eaux-de-vie from each region in Cognac. Each expression showcases the personality, aroma, and ageing potential of each terroir; since the grapes are specifically sourced, Valtaud retains fewer than 400 of the 11,000 eaux-de-vie available to him in the Martell reserves. The Discovery Edition of the collection—Fin Bois (vibrant and fragrant), Borderies (intense and spicy), and Petite Champagne (full and fruity)—features cognacs sourced from one of the three main Cognac crus. Each cru is associated with a specific taste and aromatic profile resulting from factors such as soil composition, climate, and exposure.

The Glenlivet 12-Year-Old 200-Year Anniversary Edition

The Glenlivet 12 is a classic blend that encapsulates the spirit of the renowned distillery, but in the spirit of originality and breaking boundaries, the 200-Year Anniversary Edition offers a unique take on the iconic blend, crafted by its team of makers. The commemorative bottle was designed by Studio Berdi in Bogota, Colombia, and encases the perfect harmony of sweet and fruity notes with honeycomb and zesty orange, aimed at engulfing your palate and culminating in a lasting vanilla finish. Bottled at 43 per cent ABV, the whisky is matured in 100 per cent first-fill American oak casks and is the first release in a series of limited editions that will be released throughout the year.

Meikle Tòir

Renowned for its award-winning whiskies crafted with precision, patience and perseverance, The GlenAllachie Distillery proudly introduces its first peated single malt under the brand name Meikle Tòir. The blend is a result of pioneering passion and sheer determination fuelled by co-owner and whisky veteran Billy Walker’s goal to create a peated whisky, which is a much rarer style in the Speyside region. The Meikle Tòir range consists of four expressions—The Original, The Sherry One, The Chinquapin One and The Turbo. While the range features blends that have been aged for five years, each expression offers a distinctive character and flavour stemming from different maturation methods and production processes.
