2. Burger & Lobster

Imbibers can look forward to two Chinese New Year-inspired cocktails—$Huat-Long-Long and Prosperity $our. The former is a medley of absinthe, Campari, Chivas 13 Sherry Cask Scotch whisky and sparkling water. Taste-wise, this tipple is robust and rich, with a sweet and bitter finish.

3. Ah Sam Cold Drink Stall

Exclusively curated in collaboration with Santi's Pizza, this tipple is made with tea-infused Calvados Christian Drouin La Blanche, peach and fresh sage. 4. Junior the Pocket Bar

Junior the Pocket Bar’s limited-run Chinese New Year pop-up makes a grand comeback this year. Look forward to a selection of cocktails, curated in collaboration with Rémy Martin. The Rolling for Prosperity is a crowd favourite that is a delightful blend of Rémy Martin VSOP, pineapple and spiced brown butter rum. The tipple is finished with a dust of cinnamon for an extra kick of spice.
 
Fans of barbecue pork can opt for the Fanning the Flames. This deep-bodied drink is a medley of coffee vermouth, Dom Benedictine, and bak kwa bitters. The drink is topped with a slice of Lim Chee Guan bak kwa. Available from now until February 12. Book here.

5. Chopsuey Cafe
