Raise a toast to Negroni Week 2021 with some of Singapore’s most creative renditions of this popular classic

Negroni Week is a long-awaited event keeping all seasoned cocktail enthusiasts on the edge of their seats. Spearheaded by Campari, Italy’s iconic red Aperitivo and Imbibe Magazine, the international charity initiative is celebrating more than 100 years of the Negroni Cocktail, an iconic mix of Campari, gin and sweet red vermouth. From the 13th till the end of September 2021, bartenders and consumers will celebrate three spectacular ingredients, with Campari as its star. Representing Red Passion, Campari symbolises the innate urge inside us that is impossible to ignore. As the very embodiment of this ethos, Campari believes that bartenders are masters of creativity and artistry, exuding Red Passion in their every creation.

Drinks certainly taste better knowing they’re for a good cause. Over the course of 9 years, with bars donating a portion of their proceeds, Negroni Week has raised over $3 million dollars in more than 70 countries, from the four corners of the world, for a variety of environmental and social causes. What better way to participate in this year’s event than with a local rendition of this traditional pour in your hands? Here’s where you can go to seek out your favourite interpretation of Negroni, and contribute to your desired charity campaigns.
