2023年亞洲50家最佳酒吧公佈了第三版51-100強名單，該名單由260名成員組成的學院投票選出的酒吧，學院由調酒師、酒吧老闆、飲品作家和雞尾酒愛好者組成。榜單距離備受期待的亞洲50家最佳酒吧年度評選僅提前一周，該評選將於7月18日在香港舉行。
今年的榜單囊括了來自22個亞洲城市的酒吧，其中包括首次上榜的沖繩和熊本。新加坡有8家酒吧位居榜首，而香港則有5家酒吧上榜。曼谷和吉隆坡各有四家酒吧。來自台灣台南等城市的酒吧、印度果阿、日本奈良、印尼也出現在名單上。
