5. Book Ahead: Meadesmoore

This modern steakhouse’s latest dining experience lets diners indulge in lavish beef cuts while learning more about the world of steaks. Exclusively available on August 6, the ‘Know Your Beef’ educational dining experience begins with a sharing session by executive chef Victor Loy and co-owner Stanley Seow on lesser-known cuts of beef, before having a taste of these cuts itself.
Sink your teeth in bold sharing platters like the grilled baby octopus piperade and the breaded pig’s head. The latter is Loy’s homage to the iconic Singaporean dish, kway chap, and comprises slow-braised pig’s head served as breaded nuggets. Naturally, the star of the night is the Snake River Farms Wagyu MS6/7 Coulotte, a tender beef cut perfectly cooked to your liking.
