If you’re one who longs to spend your weekends away from crowds, check into Infuzi for brunch on Saturdays and Sundays. The eatery is located in the middle of Biopolis, a research metropolis in Buona Vista.
The modern European restaurant was started by a husband and wife team who met while working at Les Amis. Freddie Lee works his magic in the kitchen while his wife, Purdey Poon, runs the front of house.
Launched in mid-June, the brunch at Infuzi doesn’t just include all of your traditional brunch classics. They have substantial appetisers, mains and desserts too. To start, try the nicoise salad or the arugula salad with Roma tomatoes and bocconcini. Then follow with a heavier main course like veal blanquette and asparagus risotto with poached egg.
Traditional brunch eats offered include the croque madame, egg cocotte or pancakes with coconut custard, crème fraiche and fresh berries.
