Step past the white washed neo-classical façade of Maxwell Chambers and you'll find yourself in a space that feels like the home of a stylish friend - and we're talking Italian of course. The interior is done up with Milanese flair, but cosied up with homely touches like vintage postcards and chalkboard menus. Head chef Fabiano Davide is new to town, but we hear he once served as personal chef to the Ambassador of Italy in Tokyo. Signature dishes include a Venetian salt cod mousse served with oven-baked polenta croutons, and caserecce pasta in roman-style braised oxtail sauce.
