Four charity rides will take place from September to October with proceeds donated to local non-profit organisation Feeding Hong Kong

The F&B community in Hong Kong is a formidable force—having risen to the challenges of the past few years by adapting, being creative, and supporting one another. Now, in a bid to help the F&B community prioritise health and well-being, Hong Kong consultancy firm The Forks & Spoons is partnering with wellness studio XYZ to invite the community to join a series of four charity spin classes. A portion of the proceeds (after deducting instructor fees) will then be donated to local non-profit organisation Feeding Hong Kong who aim to tackle the city's hunger and food waste issues.

Taking place on Monday mornings (September 26 and October 3, 10, and 17) the 50-minute spin classes will be led by instructor Joyce To, who also happens to be one of Tatler Dining's foodies to follow on Instagram. Priced at HK$500 per person, each bike and chosen ride must be reserved in advance and is available on a first-come-first-served basis at youarexyz.com or on the XYZ Studio app.

The spin classes are designed to be fun, offering F&B professionals time away from their busy work schedules and allowing them time to bond—and sweat—with the community that supports them, all in the name of charity. To celebrate, an exclusive promo code (F&BMM22) for 5% off other XYZ classes will also be available until the end of October 2022.
