Sustaining a gluten-free diet in Singapore has become easier over the years, with more grocers providing us with gluten-free alternatives

A gluten-free diet is one that excludes any food that contains gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. From noodles to cakes, gluten is regularly found, in our meals—especially in Asia. While consuming more natural, gluten-free foods can lead to many benefits, including better sleep and digestion, incorporating it into our diet, whether by personal choice or medical necessity, is not the easiest. Fortunately, Singapore has begun catering to gluten-free dieters in recent years, providing us with gluten-free alternatives and products—here are some places to check out.
