A gluten-free diet is one that excludes any food that contains gluten, a protein found in wheat, barley, and rye. From noodles to cakes, gluten is regularly found, in our meals—especially in Asia. While consuming more natural, gluten-free foods can lead to many benefits, including better sleep and digestion, incorporating it into our diet, whether by personal choice or medical necessity, is not the easiest.
