As restaurants adjust to the "new normal" way of doing business, Gallery By Chele made some tweaks into its menu to include dishes perfect for takeouts and deliveries. These scrumptious creations come in two varieties —"Serve It Up" and "Fire It Up". Serve It Up are ready-to-eat meals reminiscent of chef Chele's childhood eats, such as the mejillones tigre, black ink risotto and scallops, and his mum's very much raved about lengua with mushrooms bathing in a decadent secret sauce recipe.

You can also marvel at his Spanish Signature dishes such as paella de pato y setas (smoked duck, mushroom, and shrimp paella), arroz caldoso de cangrejo (stewed crab paella), and the straightforward flavours of gambas al ajillo.

Cap off your meal with their creamy and sugary desserts, tarta de queso vasco, flan de trufa, and the cult-favourite, ube torrija, much like a regular torrija but is infused with local flavours such as ube and coconut.

For the past months, Gallery by Chele team has been keen on reevaluating their health and safety protocols to better serve their customers: "In the last 2 months we have been working on our hygiene and sanitation protocol to assure the highest level of safety in the restaurant. Analysing all possible critical points making sure that it’s a safe environment for you and our team."

Meanwhile, the Fire It Up offerings highlight fun and informative ways to help you whip up a top-notch dish at home like a pro! Delight your family with your own version of cuarto de cochinillo, a sinful quarter of succulent lechon de leche with potato stew and salad or the txuleton, a grilled rib-eye with confit potato and roasted bell pepper. Indulge in the popular sour ribs, a slow-cooked snake river farm Wagyu steak with black garlic and leeks, and the creamy and rich uni-bottarga pasta with pancetta.

Don't worry as the set comes with access to easy-to-follow videos through QR Codes as well as instructional recipe cards to guide you through the cooking process.

For vegetarians and vegans, Chele has also created a menu that consists of five sustainable dishes made from locally sourced produce as well as two desserts — bibingka cheesecake and Single Origin mousse.

More than elevating your dining experience, Chele together with chef Carlos Villaflor and a handful of generous individuals managed to provide 500 weekly meals to those in need. "We will be raising 10 to 15 thousand pesos a week as soon as we go back to our normal operations in order to continue providing meals for our partner communities, and we will be open for donations in cash and in kind," Chef Chele says.
