The culinary event at the popular restaurant atop Marina Bay Sands will showcase the creations of notable female chefs in Singapore including Janice Wong and Petrina Loh
We first got a taste of Cé La Vi’s Sky High Hawker series back in August, a culinary fiesta held over the National Day weekend to celebrate Singapore’s vibrant F&B landscape and encourage diners to support the F&B industry especially during these trying times.
It featured local champions such as Han Liguang (Labyrinth), Malcolm Lee (Candlenut) and Jason Tan (formerly of Corner House), who worked with Cé La Vi’s executive chef Joey Sergentakis to prepare a lavish spread of their signatures as well as exclusive dishes at pocket-friendly prices.
This weekend (September 5 to 6), the much-awaited second edition is back; this time around, the spotlight’s on female chefs who’ve made their mark in the culinary world.

WHAT’S ON THE MENU?
Those with a sweet tooth will be glad to know that pastry queen Janice Wong, Asia’s Best Pastry Chef in 2013 and 2014, is part of the exciting line-up. That means you’ll be treated to her delectable desserts that taste as good as they look.
Hankering for more familiar flavours? Morsel’s chef-owner Petrina Loh, who earned the prestigious World Gourmet Summit’s Chef’s Choice (Western) title in 2017, will delight palates with modern Asian creations such as the comforting steamed venus clams in dried fig chicken broth.
