The exclusive opening party saw local personalities having a first-hand preview of chef Nancy Silverton’s latest dining concept in Singapore
Hilton Singapore Orchard is now home to the newly reopened Cal-Italian restaurant Osteria Mozza, helmed by world-renowned chef Nancy Silverton. Ahead of its official opening on May 31, Osteria Mozza gave Tatler Singapore a peek of its new dining concept.
The ‘Mozza Magic’ night was attended by local personalities and hosted by Silverton herself. The stellar event provided guests with an exclusive preview of the restaurant’s signature dishes.

Throughout the night, guests were treated to an assortment of dishes, including Silverton’s signature pizzas. Guests got to catch up with each other over tantalising bites, such as creamy burrata enriched with ossetra caviar, grilled calamari drizzled with spicy romesco sauce, and fennel sausage pizza layered with mozzarella, panna and red onions.
These delectable dishes were complemented with unlimited pours of NV Zardetto Prosecco and Silvio Carta Su Puddu.
Suffice to say, the evening was filled with tantalising Cal-Italian bites, bubbles and memorable conversations.
