Cover Coach's Bagel House

Drop by the pop-up store along Duxton Road from now until May 8 to grab a bite and view Coach’s Spring 2022 collection

American fashion label Coach has executed its fair share of intriguing pop-ups around the world, so it comes as no surprise that it has collaborated with local bagel joint Two Men Bagel House to launch Coach’s Bagel House.

Inspired by the bagel joints in New York City, this pop-up aims to offer a unique shopping experience that merges food and fashion. When you drop by the store along Duxton Road from now until May 8, you’ll also witness an immersive space decked out in Coach’s Spring 2022 collection.

Once you feel peckish, feel free to order any of the four limited-edition bagels specially curated by the Two Men Bagel House culinary team for this event. Here are four flavours to look forward to:

1. 1941 Catch

The 1941 Catch is a nod to Coach’s founding year in 1941, and an elevated take on the popular salmon bagel. It consists of decadent layers of rich cream cheese, fennel and cured trout—the latter is cured in-house with citrus to give the bagelwich a zesty kick.

2. PB Junior

For something nostalgic, the PB Junior is a delicious riff on its classic P.B.J. bagel. Instead of peanut butter, the bagel is slathered in a medley of berry jam, creamy cashew nut butter and strawberry-lemon thyme jam. Its slightly tangy strawberry-lemon thyme jam is made in-house with fresh strawberries and is added to complement the savoury butter.

3. Coach Evergreen

This vegetarian-friendly version is named as such to reflect the two brands’ belief that first impressions are evergreen or made to last. What you get is a reimagined version of the classic BLT, which does away with the bacon strips and stacks it instead with tomatoes, avocado, basil and cheese.

4. Big Apple Red Dot

Inspired by Singapore and New York (hence, the name), Big Apple Red Dot brings the two cities together in one sweet creation. The bagel is slathered in house-made apple pie cream cheese and studded with caramelised almond crunch for added sweetness and texture.
