Majestic Restaurant is award-winning Chef Yong Bing Ngen’s modern Cantonese eatery at the stylish New Majestic Hotel. From 1 February to 24 February, Chef Yong will serve nine themed set menus starting from $88 per person (including a vegetarian option) for Chinese New Year.
If a truly indulgent dinner is on your cards this year, choose the Harmonious menu. The luxe eight-course meal is priced at $4,888 (for a minimum of ten people) and will include some of the most premium and auspicious ingredients available. You’ll be treated to an Australian lobster lo hei, barbecued whole suckling pig and a deluxe braised 15-day quality Australian Xu Rong dried whole abalone.
At $168 per person, the Blissful six-course menu uses some of the most premium European ingredients. The dishes offered include chilled sake infused crabmeat salad with pan-seared foie gras and grilled Hungary mangalitsa pork chop with truffle salt.
