2. Four Seasons Hotel Kuala Lumpur

Yun House will be offering a Cantonese feast, family-friendly set menus, and corporate lunch boxes throughout the season, courtesy of Chef Jimmy Wong. This being the Four Seasons, its festive yee sang naturally consists of premium ingredients such as Australian abalone and salmon belly.

The award-winning Lai Po Heen has created dim sum and festive set menus that include six unique yee sang options such as the MO Auspicious Fan Yee Sang topped with salmon, sea urchin, black truffles, salmon roe and gold leaf.

4. The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur

Li Yen at The Ritz-Carlton, Kuala Lumpur is bringing the exuberance and trademark flavours of Chinese New Year into its specially-curated traditional Lunar New Year feasts. Executive Chinese Chef Alex Au, along with his team of fellow culinary experts, have created six exquisite set menus of traditional reunion delicacies and signature dishes, including the perennial favourite Hong Kong-Style Waxed Meat Clay Pot Rice, Braised Six-Head Abalone accompanied with Sea Moss Rolls filled with Foie Gras Paste and an exquisite Abalone and Black Caviar Yee Sang.

The Unity Chinese New Year Specialties 'Lou Sang' offers two types of yee sang. First is a Norwegian fresh salmon yee sang with jellyfish. Then there is the baby abalone yee sang with jellyfish.

Highlights on the set menu include the South African Abalone with Soft Shell Crab Passionfruit Yee Sang.
