Stepping through the doorway, you are greeted by Carne’s refreshingly unique interior. Chef Mauro Colagreco’s R&D team of Mirazur has seamlessly brought together complementary concepts of minimalist, industrial and rustic, revealing a homely design that invites guests to take a seat and stay for awhile. 

The menu proves just as impressive as its decor. Staying steadfastly committed to sustainable gastronomy, Carne’s new and improved sustainable burgers are now packed with even more of Mother Earth’s finest natural umami flavours. These high-quality delights have been made more accessible to everyone, carrying the most affordable prices since its arrival on Singapore shores four months ago.

The revamped menu welcomes its exciting new addition—the Singapore-exclusive grilled beef and double mushroom burger, which opts for delicious mushrooms grown right here from our part of the world. If you think you’ve experienced umami, think again. Every bite you take comprises of an otherworldly burst of flavours. Revel in succulent shiitake mushroom cooked a la plancha in garlic-parsley oil, a fine duxelles of oyster and shiitake mushrooms mixed with sweet roasted onions, and a hormone-free grass-fed beef patty, accented by savoury cheddar, a smear of confit garlic mayo, and pops of tanginess from pickled pearl onions.

For a good old South American affair, the beef & chimichurri burger now boasts even more nuanced flavours, merging chimichurri sauce—a mixture of herbs, aromatics and aji molido chilli—with the bright-tasting notes of a classic Argentinian criolla salsa.
