Chefs Eric Räty and Nicolas Boutin marry European technique with Asian produce in the third edition of Tatler Dining's premium four-hands meal delivery box

Having brought the cooking of renowned chefs like Agustin Balbi, Jim Löfdahl, May Chow and ArChan Chan to homes across Hong Kong for the last two weeks, Off Menu At Home enters its third edition with a collaborative four-course menu between Eric Räty of Arbor and Nicolas Boutin of Ami.

Both chefs have made a name for themselves by deftly merging their European training with the rich culinary traditions found in Hong Kong, Japan and beyond. Boutin is a veteran of the trade, having earned his stripes at hallowed French institutions like Maison Lameloise, Troisgros, Les Jardins de l’Opera and Jean Bardet, before opening Hong Kong's Épure in 2013. Today, he also heads up 'fine bistronomie' restaurant Ami in Alexandra House. Meanwhile, Finnish native Räty has earned critical acclaim for his sophisticated and stylish marriage of sumptuous flavours as head chef of Arbor, where Nordic and Japanese gastronomy unites with aplomb under his direction.

This third edition of Off Menu At Home will be available from April 4th to 12th. Boutin and Räty will be leading diners through the process of reheating and plating the dishes at home in a step-by-step video included with the menu so that you can enjoy the dishes as they would be served in the restaurants themselves. Five percent of proceeds will be donated to the Changing Young Lives Foundation.

About Off Menu At Home

Off Menu At Home is a fine dining delivery programme that brings together two renowned chefs every week to create a four-hands dinner in tandem, to be savoured in the comfort of your home. True to the name, the courses included in each box can't be ordered anywhere else and are available for that week only, providing guests with a snapshot into the culinary mindset of the two chefs during these extraordinary times we live in.

Each box is delivered straight to your door, and, with a little finishing and plating, can be enjoyed in no time at all. Just so the end result is exactly as the chefs intended, the menu included in each box will come with a QR code for a cooking video demonstration to follow; as well as fun and insightful bonus video content so that you can get to know the chefs a little better.

To share the love with the wider community, a portion of the proceeds will be donated each week to a charity organisation of the chefs' choosing.

What's in the box?

  1. Four limited-edition pre-cooked dishes
  2. Simple step-by-step instructions to reheat and plate your meal
  3. A pre-recorded video demo to walk you through creating the meal
