For Japanophiles: Japas By Jeff Ramsey

While we currently can't take in Japas’ bird's eye view of the city skyline, we're still able to savour Chef Jeff Ramsey's modern izakaya creations in the comfort of our own homes. The restaurant offers two meal plans, each feeding three to four diners. Both come with the Truffle Tatsuta Chicken, Teppanyaki Garlic Prawns, Torched Shimesaba and Tuna Tataki, however the second set is suited to red-meat enthusiasts, with the inclusion of Japanese A5 Waygu and braised beef tendon.
