EightyTwo curates understated and luxurious spaces that connect people with nature. Founded in 2012, the firm currently has 20 members based in Singapore and in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam. The design practice believes that each home should be an expression of the client’s unique personality, engage all the five senses and inspire a sense of joie de vivre. Led by co-founder and CEO Terence Neo, the studio has completed close to 150 residential projects to date, ranging from bungalows to luxurious apartments situated in notable developments such as Wallich Residences and Nassim Mansion.

The firm’s signature approach melds their understanding of human behaviour with thoughtful elements that engage all five senses while improving the inhabitants’ sense of well-being. On top of its project management and design services, the studio also offers a suite of services to clients, which include chef-crafted meals and a limousine concierge service through partnerships with luxury brands to commemorate special occasions and project milestones. 

In the 10 years since its inception, the award-winning firm has bagged multiple accolades that mark the quality and finesse of its work. At the 2021 and 2020 editions of the Interior Design Excellence Awards, the studio won the Best Residential Design, Private House category for projects including Watten Residences and Carmen Terrace. The firm will soon grow its footprint regionally, with plans to enter Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia, and Bangkok, Thailand, in 2024.
