Following this introduction, guests proceeded to the living room to enjoy a pairing of the Louis XIII cognac with the dessert course, a delicate pineapple cake with passion cream and mango mousse.

After watching a short video presentation about the origins of Louis XIII, our Tatler friends were invited to enjoy a multi-sensory experience of the cognac, discovering its exceptional taste, aroma and the distinctive G-sharp note produced when two Louis XIII crystal cognac glasses are clinked together.
