Birds of the same feather, post groufies together. Check out these Tatler friends and their entertaining friendship circles on social media

1. It Girls

Even before these superstars created their reality television series It Girls!, which later evolved into a spinoff series called It Girls Besties, they were truly the most followed stylish trendsetters in the country's social scene. Dubbed as the 'it girls' by their followers on social media and the press, these gals captivated Filipinos with their hilarious banter, authentic relationships and glamourous lifestyles.

Namely, Liz Uy, Georgina Wilson, Isabelle Daza, Anne Curtis, Solenn Heussaff, and Bea Soriano, the 'it girls' have been on the covers and pages of every magazine both individually and together, as well as on billboards and television. As expected, the country has followed their lives, travels, struggles, triumphs, and entertaining moments through the years even up to this day, as we watch them building their own families, careers, and businesses.

2. Bullied Husbands Club

It all began when Nico Bolzico, Solenn's other half, posted quite an emotional video on his Instagram account in 2017, debunking the phrase "happy wife, happy life". While he was passionately affirming himself, Solenn entered the frame. And man, she did not look happy. Who would have thought that this extremely funny video would gain comments from other celebrity husbands and create what is known today as The Bullied Husbands Club.  Although it is obviously satirical, the term of endearment has become somewhat of a badge of honour for Bolzico's friends (and followers) as they show off their love for their wives. After that viral post, Bolzico invited friends like Erwan Heussaff, Jacques Christophe Branellec, Adrien Semblat, Arthur Burnand, Moritz Gastl, Matteo Guidicelli, Dingdong Dantes, and even Chiz Escudero, to join him in the proverbial "club" through a variety of funny social media posts. Now that some of them have become doting fathers, Nico has upgraded its name to The Bullied Padres Club.

3. Besties

Not a lot of people can stay close with their friends from grade school up to their Fifties or even more. But it's possible and these Besties have proven that to us. Tatler Philippines editor-in-chief Anton San Diego and his besties Pops Fernandez, Laurie Westfall, Kit Zobel, Marianne Po, and Mela Gozon have been the best of friends since they were in Grade 1 and have been there for each other through thick and thin. Also part of the squad but missing in this 2020 photo are PJ Pascual, Jojie Dingcong, and Ina Ayala, to name a few.

4. Small Laude's close friends in her "small world"

When the pandemic struck the world, the social events were crossed out from our calendars. But there was one Tatler friend who got persuaded to start vlogging. Now, her videos get hundreds of thousands, if not millions, of views and we can't get enough of it! In It's a Small World, Small Laude introduced us to her family and welcomed us to her elegant home, showing us a glimpse of her life, her bubbly personality, and a world of finer things. In this particular episode (shown above), Laude invited some of her girlfriends Tina Maristela-Ocampo, Korina Sanchez-Roxas, Mons Romulo-Tantoco, and Mandy De La Rama for lunch. "And of course," as she often says in her vlogs, her dear friends helped teach Laude all about fine dining etiquette, floral arrangements, and how to host a sumptuous lunch filled with laughter and joy.

5. Karen Davila and Felicia Atienza

Broadcast journalist Karen Davila and CEO of Chinese International School Feli Atienza are long-time friends whose families are also thick as thieves. Not only do they go on vacation together, or have regular dinners and gal pal hangouts, but their husbands and children all spend special occasions like the holidays together. These two influential women are often seen with other dear friends in their barkada like Marga Nograles, and Apples Aberin.

6. The Brap Pack

If there was a Brat Pack in the Eighties, we have The Brap Pack today in the Philippines. Composed of Javy Olives, Drew Arellano, Sid Maderazo, Ryan Agoncillo, Paolo Abrera, Jericho Rosales, and Odyssey Flores, these men about town are oftentimes seen on the road on their exhilarating motorcycle road trips. Aside from exhibiting gentlemanliness on and off track, The Brap Pack has introduced their followers to many must-haves for a debonair and family man.

7. Euro Monkeys

We may know Richard Guttierrez, Dingdong Dantes, Dominique Roque, and Kim Atienza as some of the biggest names in the country's entertainment scene but what binds them together with their other equally dashing brothers is their motorcycle group, the Euro Monkeys. Also including RJ Belmonte, Raniel Resuello, Emil Banno, Jussi Hoikka, Bong Suntay, and Roscoe Odulio, among others, we see this group of celebrity riders and Ducati owners conquer scenic roads here and abroad and participating in motorcycle racing.

In a live podcast by the race car driver and entrepreneur JP Tuason, Emil shared that "Euro Monkeys is a culture [wherein] people believe in the same values and understand each other's antics, most importantly, the passion for motorcycles." Emil continued that their group champions safe motorbike riding and finding joy in the thrill of adventure. Aside from their usual trips, they also do event collaborations with the California Super Bike School to give refresher courses on bike racing.
