Jumping straight into a WOD (a CrossFit lingo for “workout of the day”) can be intimidating to many people—after all, it’s a challenging fitness regime that incorporates elements of powerlifting, olympic weightlifting, gymnastics and cardio. Whether you want to train like an athlete or just enough to look fit, here are the top CrossFit boxes in Hong Kong that will make you fitter, stronger, and a true "CrossFitter"

1. Coastal Fitness HK

Co-founded by brothers Ed Haynes and Ant Haynes, Coastal Fitness is a CrossFit gym that offers group training, online programming and personal training.

If you’re new to CrossFit, you can opt for the fundamentals to get a taste of the sport with a CrossFit coach, which is a safe and personalised approach to kickstart your training. The Live. Perform. Compete programme encourages members to log in their workout results every time and gives immediate feedback on their progress. With a strong focus on community, Coastal Fitness brings together like-minded individuals who are always ready to take their training to the next level.
