If you’re a fan of Y7 Studio in the U.S., you’ll feel right at home at Flowga, Hong Kong’s cool new boutique hot yoga studio. Offering 60-minute candle-lit hot flows in their rustic chic studio in Central, Flowga is the city’s first dedicated hot yoga studio and is (definitely) the cool kid on the block. 

Students can choose from five different hot yoga classes: Sweat n’ Flow, an all-level vinyasa class; Sweat n’ Burn, an intermediate-level class; Sweat n’ Power, a bodyweight and cardio-focused class; Simmer Down, a slow-paced vinyasa flow; and Inside Flow, a fun yoga and dance class where sequences are synced up to the rhythm of the music.
