At first glance, the new Aquaracer bears a striking resemblance to the brand’s ultimate luxury diver’s watch released last year (its sister model, the Aquaracer Professional 300), but the distinctive new features of the Aquaracer Professional 200 allow it to masterfully thread the line of street and formalwear. Distinctly more compact, it’s a sporty timepiece you can readily consider wearing with a suit. While its bezel still has a diving scale, it’s now engraved into a steel insert rather than ceramic, and its central bracelet link is polished rather than brushed, giving the Aquaracer Professional 200 its more formal feel. Meanwhile, the Aquaracer Professional 200 adopts more classic sports watch codes on the display, with straight-edged, trapezoidal hour markers, sleeker sword-shaped hands, and crisp white detailing.
