The novelties include the collection’s first two-tone rose gold and steel model
Since Parmigiani Fleurier first debuted the Tonda PF in 2021, the collection has been extremely popular, with customers requesting for the luxurious yet understated watch in more size options and variations. More specifically, demand leans towards the ongoing trend of more compact cases that are suitable for both men and women.
The Swiss watch manufacture responded with the launch of the Tonda PF Automatic 36mm in 2022, which possesses the same sleek aesthetics and technical prowess of its 40mm older sibling but caters to slimmer wrists. Not only was this versatile 36mm version well received, the rose gold model with diamond indices was also awarded the Women's Watch Prize at the 2022 edition of the Grand Prix d'Horlogerie de Genève, the watch industry’s most prestigious awards show.

This year, Parmigiani Fleurier expands the beloved collection with two new Tonda PF Automatic 36mm models: one in two-tone rose gold and steel with a sanded grey dial and one in rose gold with a deep ruby dial.
The two-tone model presents a contemporary design perfect for everyday wear with its polished and satin-finished 18K rose gold and stainless steel case, knurled bezel and elegant Grain d'Orge hand-guilloché sanded grey dial. Its refined aesthetic extends to the bracelet, comprising polished stainless steel links and contrasting gold vertical links, as well as the complementary hand-applied rose gold appliques on the dial.
On the other hand, the full rose gold model with a deep ruby dial offers a slightly more feminine option. Thanks to its Grain d’Orge guilloché finishing, the hues of the deep ruby dial shift with the light and show off its lustre. This mesmerising effect pairs well with the subtly scintillating baguette-cut diamond hour markers on the dial, which add an extra element of preciousness to the watch. The rich purple shade of the dial is matched by the ruby alligator strap with a rose gold folding clasp.
Both 36mm watches are powered by the manufacture’s PF770 automatic winding movement, which offers a power reserve of up to 60 hours. Decorated with Côtes de Genève finishing, the movement can be admired through the sapphire case back of each model.
