Omega has brought a Swiss Christmas to Asia with a line-up of wintry-themed timepieces, its Seamaster, Speedmaster, Aqua Terra and De Ville Prestige lines —but Tatler sees no reason why these novelties shouldn’t be worn all year round
This holiday season, Swiss luxury watchmaker Omega is debuting a new collection of timepieces featuring wintry themes and festive accents. The line-up includes both sporty and elegant models crafted from materials including stainless steel, 18-karat Sedna gold and diamonds.
The new watches expand Omega’s offerings in its core Seamaster, Speedmaster, Aqua Terra and De Ville Prestige lines. They provide winter-themed options for everyday luxury as well as sport- and space-themed models. While the brand positions the collection as ideal for holiday gifts, Tatler plans to keep these watches shining bright well beyond the festive season.

While the new 38mm Aqua Terra sports a diamond-lined bezel and a sun-brushed sandstone dial, the De Ville Prestige is available in two options: one comes with a 41mm pine green, sun-brushed, patterned dial, while another 38mm model has a dial that resembles freshly fallen snow. The rugged 42mm Seamaster 300m’s ceramic bezel, with its iconic wave dial pattern and skeletonised hands, is made of a stainless steel, with a 18-karat Sedna gold bracelet.
Omega’s frosted finishes and cool tones offer year-round versatility. So, while the cappuccino Speedmaster 38mm may seem seasonal, with its touches of diamonds, taupe leather and Omega’s 18-karat Sedna gold, its neutral palette works overtime. And although the celestially inspired Speedmaster Moonphase midnight blue was designed to evoke winter’s Cold Moon, which will rise on December 26 this year, its lunar complication, which pays homage to the first footsteps on the moon, transcends a single celebration.
From bold sports watches to understated classics, Omega has decked its halls for the holidays, but the gift of precise Swiss timekeeping is one to treasure always.
