The lyrical charm of hand-lettering and the fluidity of watercolour continue to shape the latest creations in the Montblanc Bohème watch line.
The Bohème collection now unveils three new designs: a 30mm Automatic Date and two Day & Night models in 30mm and 34mm, all dressed in an alluring shade of deep blue. This elegant palette brings a fresh dimension to the line, following the popularity of last year’s silver-white dials, which won acclaim for their understated charm. The latest creations go further, weaving in subtle artistic details inspired by the graceful strokes of handwriting and the fluid washes of watercolour, creating timepieces that are not only precise instruments but also poetic expressions of artistry and refinement.

Montblanc Bohème Automatic Date 30mm – Mechanical quintessence within timeless elegance
The Montblanc Bohème Automatic Date is housed in a 30mm stainless steel case, its blue sunray-brushed dial illuminated by diamond hour markers, stylised rhodium-plated Arabic numerals and matching rhodium-plated hands.
The dial also reveals the artistry of haute horlogerie: a filet sauté pattern running around the edge; an engraved circle framing the brushed base; and the delicate filé d’étoiles embossing, forming a ring that embraces the hour markers. Inspired by long-exposure images of the night sky, this technique captures the motion of the stars as the Earth turns, lending a dreamlike, poetic aura.

The MB 24.19 automatic mechanical movement crafted by Montblanc drives the Bohème Automatic Date, providing a power reserve of approximately 38 hours. It displays hours, minutes, seconds and the date through a distinctive almond-shaped aperture at six o’clock, where the numerals are written in a font reminiscent of elegant handwriting.
Water-resistant to 30 metres, the watch is paired with a blue alligator-embossed calfskin strap and Montblanc’s quick-change system. The set also includes a silver calfskin strap and a stainless steel bracelet with embossed centre links, refined with an easy adjustment mechanism.
Montblanc Bohème Day & Night 30mm and 34mm – A journey of discovery from dawn to dusk
The new Montblanc Bohème Day & Night comes in 30mm and 34mm versions, each framed in polished stainless steel. Like the Automatic Date, the design features a blue sunray-brushed dial accented with diamond hour markers, rhodium-plated Arabic numerals and delicate rhodium-plated hands. Each surface is given careful attention: the filet sauté along the rim, the engraved circle enclosing the dial, and the filé d’étoiles embossing behind the markers.

Both models are fitted with the automatic calibre MB 24.20, with a 42-hour power reserve, displaying hours, minutes, seconds, date and a day-night indication. The date appears through the almond-shaped window at six o’clock, again using a gentle handwritten typeface. The same font is echoed in the “Jour et Nuit” inscription on the dial.
The day-night display becomes a poetic centrepiece, its rotating disc painted in a watercolour-inspired style that mimics the sky’s transformation over 24 hours, bringing subtle artistry to the wrist.
