#FR2, instantly recognisable for its provocative Fxxking Rabbits motif, has earned cult status among streetwear aficionados. Their inaugural venture with Franck Muller two years ago introduced the #FR2NCK MULLER Vanguard, a timepiece that blended subversive graphics with daring design, creating waves within the fashion-forward community.
This year’s release brings back the familiar iconography of the Fxxking Rabbits, but with an entirely new expression. The monochrome palette gives way to bursts of colour that mirror the vibrancy of summer as sunlit hues and a breezy aesthetic mark a dramatic evolution of the 2023 Vanguard Beach identity.

The process behind these vivid cases is as intricate as it is innovative. Glass is melted at 1,500°C and drawn into ultra-fine fibres, cooled and flattened into sheets at 700°C. These are immersed in colour baths to achieve the ideal tone, then compressed into fibreglass composite blocks.
The art of “storytelling”
Playful yet precise, the iconic Fxxking Rabbits appear in scenes of leisure, lounging beneath a parasol, catching waves, or blending into lush greenery. Each tableau is enhanced by a date display discreetly positioned at 2 o’clock, a nod to the rising sun and to #FR2’s design language. To heighten the visual experience at night, the rabbit motif and pyramid hands are coated with Super-Luminova, allowing the dial to glow in low light.

It comes paired with a nylon strap lined with leather, secured by a practical Velcro closure for easy cleaning, ideal for sandy afternoons. The strap’s detailing speaks directly to streetwear heritage, with graphic motifs that echo the dial’s vibrant rhythm. At its core is the MVT FM 800-DT self-winding movement, a reliable engine that delivers comfort without complexity.
