Breitling Releases A Timepiece Collection That's Perfect For Summer 2021

Breitling celebrates the colours of the season with a new collection of vibrant timepieces

It's always summer somewhere, right?

Breitling introduces us to a bright new collection, one that hints at all the joyous memories of summer. The Pastel Paradise Capsule Collection brings forth five new takes on the brand's iconic Superocean Heritage ’57 diver's watch. Inspired by the whimsical persona of the '50s and '60s, these watches come in five colours: summer white, aquamarine, mint green, iced latte, and the magnificent rainbow tangerine.

The rainbow tangerine timepiece boasts of hour markers and hands coated in Super-Luminova, with a kaleidoscopic design that glints off colours of yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet, red, and orange. Its Saffiano calfskin leather straps also come in lemon and raspberry sorbet for added vibrancy.

Breitling CEO, Georges Kern, gives his take on the style of the new timepiece saying: "Of course it’ll look great at work, but its fun-in-the-sun vibe might make you want to spend a weekend at the beach."

The watches come in a 38-mm stainless steel case featuring a rotating bezel and bold indices. Having been inspired by the 50's and 60's penchant for seaside leisure, these watches are also water-resistant up to 100 metres. They are supported by a Breitling Caliber 10 with a power reserve of 42 hours.
