Summer is not yet over! Here’s what some key personalities in the Tatler community recommend bringing to beach trips

Whether heading to a secluded island or a popular coastal spot, packing the right items can make all the difference. The beach is where you can unwind, soak up the sun, and enjoy the sounds of the waves; however, being unprepared can quickly turn a perfect day into a frustrating experience.

In this article, Tatler lists the most essential beach trip items you should have in your bags, according to these vloggers and celebrities. See what Laureen Uy, Georgina Wilson, Bryanboy, and more brought on their respective trips.

In case you missed it: 7 Must-Have Summer Beach Accessories

1. Laureen Uy: Multifunctional tote bag

It's a statement piece and a practical tote in one. On her beach trip, fashion and travel vlogger Laureen Uy brought a pastel-coloured bag from Beyond The Vines; this small yet reliable item can keep small belongings such as phones, headphones, cameras, and whatnot.

2. Georgina Wilson: Trendy sunglasses

Georgina Wilson was spotted basking under the sun with her trendy sunglasses from Sunnies. Sunglasses are among the most essential beach trip must-haves as they protect the eyes from the sun's harmful ultraviolet (UV) rays. Prolonged exposure to ultraviolet rays can cause eye damage, including cataracts and macular degeneration.

3. Anne Curtis: Pocket-friendly sunscreen stick

Bringing sunscreen is a no-brainer when you're out on a beach trip. Actress and businesswoman Anne Curtis packed her pocket-friendly sunscreen stick on her recent travel. The BLK sheer Sunscreen Primer Stick has SPF 40 UVA/UVB PA++++ that improves skin texture and minimizes pores immediately after you put it on. It gives off a perfect matte finish that is ideal as a make-up base.

4. Bryanboy: Bucket hat

Whether on a cruise or just hanging out by the shore, wear this white cotton blend fabric bucket hat. It features an all-over crochet that depicts the iconic archive Pequin motif in brown. The hat is also embellished with matching embroidered Fendi lettering.

5. Nikki Huang: Black bikini

It's true when they say every girl needs a little black dress. On the shore, the counterpart is this black two-piece bikini. On her last beach trip, Nikki Huang stunned her followers by posing on the yacht in her Tropic Of C swimsuit.

This water tumbler is also customisable and fits any outfit. Its colour scheme includes pastels you can mix and match depending on your mood. For those who prefer a more laid-back attire, variations of piña, blueberry, and burrata are perfect choices.

7. Solenn Heussaff: Perfecting serum

For Solenn Heussaff, skincare is essential when exposed to the sun. On her last beach trip, she had a Cetaphil brightening serum clinically proven to reduce dark spots and ageing caused by sun exposure.
