Here are all the things that crossed our feeds this weekend, including the fabulous new fashion collaboration from Fendi and Skims, and Oscar Isaac looking hot

Kim Jones and Kim Kardashian West combined the power of their brands to debut a new collection, Fendi x Skims, and it doesn’t disappoint. Both Jones and Kardashian West know how to appreciate and highlight women’s bodies: the former knows flattering construction like no other, and the latter basically influenced an entire generation of curves.

This capsule collection adopts a range of neutral shades synonymous with the Skims colour palette, but also includes vivid tones in luxury fabrics and the occasional Fendi monogram. Items range from sleek dresses to form fitting sportswear, with design details such as ruching, knotting and sheer panelling.

“The idea for the collaboration came about when my team and I were sitting around a table at the studio in Rome,” explains Jones. “Suddenly, all the women went silent and started looking at their phones. I didn’t know what was going on, but they were waiting for the launch of the new Skims collection. It was then that I thought: let’s do something together.”

The collection launches on November 9 and will be available for purchase here.

Speaking of Kim…

She was spotted with comedian Pete Davidson over the weekend. Since working together on Saturday Night Live, the two have reportedly become good pals and spent the weekend together at a Halloween fun fair. Photos came out of the pair on a roller coaster holding hands, although whether that was out of fear, friendship or fancy is up for debate.

It seems that when any of the Kardashians do anything, their siblings follow suit, and this time it’s hanging out with alternative white dudes with major tattoos (hello Kourtney Kardashian and Travis Barker).

Oscar Isaac is the king of dad fashion

We knew Oscar Isaac was attractive, but in a grey jumper, corduroy slacks and New Balance trainers he’s something else entirely. Behind-the-scenes images of the actor went viral after stylist Miyako Bellizzi shared the process of building Isaac’s costume for his role in Scenes from a Marriage. The normcore/dad vibes were immaculate and we can’t decide if we want to be him or be with him.

McDonald’s gets a Mirror makeover

Following the success of the highly anticipated BTS meal back in April, it appears that McDonald’s knows what gets people excited about fast food, and that’s with our favourite idols.

Keung To, Anson Lo and Edan Leung from boyband Mirror have previously worked with them but if you wanted more from the other members, not to worry, because all 240 McDonald’s locations in Hong Kong have been revamped to feature each of the 12 members—in cardboard cut-out form, that is.

The newest menu item from this launch is the garlic herb crispy chicken thighs, and if that wasn’t enticing enough for fans, there will be limited edition flashcards to collect from all the different locations.

Lee Yoo Mi beat all Squid Game costumes

It was fairly obvious that Netflix’s Squid Game would dominate this year’s Halloween costumes, particularly the instantly recognisable teal tracksuits that players wore or the pink onesies and black masks donned by guards.

Actress Lee Yoo Mi, who portrayed Player 240 in the show, went the other way and took inspiration from the games themselves and dressed up as the killer robot doll from the episode Red Light Green Light. Although simple, the yellow polo, orange dress and pigtails were super effective and immediately made us think of the rhyme she repeats: Mugunghwa kkochi piotsseumnida
