The next leg of fashion month showed strong spring 2022 collections over the weekend in London.

Nensi Dojaka (winner of this year’s LVMH prize) and Knwls (formerly known as Charlotte Knowles) played with grungy layers and crisscrossed cutouts in earth tones.

Richard Malone and Rejina Pyo compiled fragments of inspiration from TS Eliot’s The Waste Land and holiday experiences respectively, in an amalgamation of interesting tailoring and draping.

On Saturday, the SpaceX Crew Dragon capsule carrying civilians-turned-astronauts on the Inspiration4 mission successfully landed in the Atlantic Ocean off the coast of Florida.

Controlled by ground-based flight teams and onboard guidance systems, the three-day mission around the Earth carried four people: physician’s assistant Haley Arceneaux, former Nasa astronaut candidate Sian Proctor, aerospace engineer and Air Force veteran Chris Sembroski, and billionaire Jared Isaacman, who was also the mission commander.

Isaacman, chief executive of e-commerce firm Shift4 Payments Inc, reportedly paid Elon Musk US$200 million for all four seats on the passenger flight. Moments after touching down, he said from the capsule, “That was a heck of a ride for us. We’re just getting started.”

The era of space tourism is here.

Rock ’n’ roll isn’t dead, nor is Liam Gallagher. The ex-Oasis singer took a tumble while exiting his helicopter after headlining the Isle of Wight festival, and he tweeted about the accident.

After assuring fans he was “all good”, he made a joke about falling “100 thousand feet” and posted the photo again, stating that it would be the cover shot for his next album. Arty.
