Paris Couture Fashion Week has been a buzzy affair so far, thanks to fashion shows from brands like Schiaparelli, Chanel and Dior. You can expect Valentino’s spring/summer 2023 haute couture presentation to inspire even more excitement. After all, the Italian fashion house’s creative director Pierpaolo Piccioli is a fervent devotee of haute couture; his runway shows, which are often a celebration of craft and colour, are filled with moments of arresting beauty. (For his last haute couture collection, that included a model wrapped up in giant, 3D red roses made of taffeta.)

However, it’s not just Piccioli’s couture tricks that will draw attention to the upcoming Valentino show, which is dubbed Le Club Couture. This season, K-pop star Suga of BTS will also be in attendance at the fashion show—his first one since being named as a Valentino DiVa ambassador just this month.
