近年來二手趨勢和可持續發展意識的抬頭,越來越多人選擇購買二手轉售商品取代快時尚,使古著店和二手轉售市場的潛力再次得到證明。

根據全球最大的二手精品轉售平台 The RealReal 去年分析消費者愛好與趨勢來說,有經濟水平的千禧世代(Millennials)和消費潛力極大的Z世代(Gen Z)增加了 35% 成為最大的二手消費族群。不過在今年The RealReal 2023年精品轉售報告中顯示出消費習慣與喜好和過去發生了極大的轉變,顧客越來越精明,他們不害怕突破風格界限且重新定義奢華,也期望是能夠投資一款經典永不退流行的 Quiet Luxury 單品!

例如去年 Balenciaga 的需求增長是前10名品牌中最大的,尤其主要來自於Z世代的驅動力!但今年卻被有著「 Quiet Luxury」低調奢華美學著稱的  Bottega Veneta 和 Celine 闖入今年最受歡迎品牌排行榜前十名的名單中。

「Quiet Luxury」引發了全球性的風格美學

在報告中指出,今年因 Quiet Luxury 風潮使低調奢華美學著名的品牌例如:Bottega Veneta、Celine、Loro Piana、Brunello Cucinelli 相當受消費者的喜愛,另外兩個以極簡主義著名的紐約品牌The Row 和 Khaite 也榜上有名,消費大幅增長 40%!另外,Quiet Luxury不只是影響有經濟消費水平的X世代和千禧世代,也同時受到Z世代的歡迎。Z世代在二手平台的平均消費對比去年增加了 18%,「我想今年最讓我們驚訝的是千禧一代和 Gen Z 對 Brunello Cucinelli 和 Loro Piana 等品牌的需求。」The RealReal 女裝時尚與策略關係資深主管 Noelle Sciacca 說道。

儘管經濟不景氣,客戶仍進行投資性購買

在報告中發現,儘管面臨經濟衰退,消費者仍繼續加倍購買奢侈品。每代人的平均訂單價值均有所上升,包括嬰兒潮一代(同比增長 14%)和 Z 世代(同比增長 18%),尤其像是 CHANEL Classic Flap 口蓋包、復古標誌 Gucci Blondie、 Fendi Baguette等等,這些被認為是高檔而通常負擔不起的單品,在二手市場上已成為他們的熱門選擇!

數據中表示,香奈兒經典翻蓋 (Chanel Classic Flap) 是全球多個主要市場搜索次數最多的款式。而有著豐富文化底蘊的 Gucci 是品牌搜尋排名第一!The RealReal 的總裁兼首席運營長 Rati Sahi Levesque 表示:「儘管擔心經濟衰退,但客戶仍在投資單品,尤其時購買狀況良好,又能夠增值的單品讓他們感到安心!並透過融合不同時代和審美的單品來微調自己的個人風格!」報告中發現消費者購物更加明智,對於有增值空間的包款以及狀況良好的包袋抱有堅持,而該類型單品上漲了 265%。
