In celebration of Teacher’s Day, we style seven kinds of teachers in haute couture ensembles—think academia Panem-style

For many of us, if not all, Teacher’s Day has been a thing of the past since we left school. But leaving the hallowed halls of academia behind doesn’t mean bidding farewell to the invaluable impact our teachers have had on our lives. Chances are, you might have that one favourite teacher that you still think about from time to time, wondering if they’re doing well and hoping that they remember you fondly, too.

In any case, to devote your life to shaping young minds and nurturing future generations is no easy feat, a kind of pursuit that deserves to be celebrated and honoured regardless of how many years have passed since we last sat in a classroom. And because Teacher’s Day celebrations are not without some fun and creativity, we’re commemorating the occasion the way we do best—in style! We’re talking haute couture.

As an alternative to decorating classrooms in celebration of the occasion, we’re decorating teachers in haute couture inspired by their specialty. Scroll ahead to see all the looks!
