They were treated to a specially curated menu by Jun Wong, the founder of Yellow Fin Horse and one of the few female chefs in Malaysia’s top culinary landscape ranks.
Her menu takes inspiration from Delvaux’s long and rich history. She incorporates traditional Belgian ingredients, presenting dishes such as moules frites and a Belgian endive salad with duck ham and fourme d’ambert blue cheese dressing, alongside unique Asian flavours in the Kelantan smoked chocolate lava cake and charred miyazaki short rib with homemade chicken rice chilli.
“Yellow Fin Horse is a constant exploration of elemental cooking. Delvaux’s philosophy resonates with us as we, too, focus on perfecting our technique and execution—the only difference is that our journey is on the plate,” says Wong.
