A fan of 'Stranger Things', 'Bridgerton', or even 'Money Heist'? The collaboration between Netflix and Lacoste might tickle your fancy
Even with hundreds of companies already collaborating with clothing lines, this partnership between one of the most popular streaming sites and a highly-distinguished clothing brand seemed far-fetched. But look at where they are now. Netflix and Lacoste creatively join hands to release a new collection celebrating some of the extraordinary universes of the most beloved shows in the present.
Stranger Things, Bridgerton, Lupin, Money Heist, The Witcher, Sex Education, Shadow & Bone, and Elite now make their way inside the different branches of Lacoste. The brand's staple clothing—polos, sweatshirts, tracksuits and more—have been reimagined from the Upside Down to Las Encinas high school with the famous crocodile dawning the costumes from these fan-favourite Netflix shows.

"[This delightful collaboration] has resulted in a unique encounter between our two worlds and two global references of creativity and innovation, both with an unparalleled power to bring together communities from all walks of life," says Catherine Spindler, Lacoste Deputy CEO.
"The collection born from our collaboration is the embodiment of this powerful encounter, of our respective codes, influences, and know-how," she adds.

Lacoste made an effort to revisit their genderless clothing to incorporate the universes of the eight shows. Polos, caps, sweatshirts, and tracksuits are part of the new wardrobe, halfway between sports and fashion.
Additionally, for the occasion, the crocodile has donned the costumes of the Netflix characters and is embroidered or flocked on all the pieces in the range.

This collection offers fans the opportunity to infuse the love of their favourite shows with their style.
“We think products can be a powerful medium for storytelling and partnering with Lacoste presents a unique opportunity to blend the worlds of fashion and entertainment,” shares Josh Simon, VP for Consumer Products of Netflix. “This collection is a compelling and creative way for fans to express their love for our stories and characters.”

Videos have also been created featuring the crocodile in the different worlds of the shows. Dressed in Lacoste x Netflix outfits, these fictitious characters go beyond the ‘Netflix and chill’ uniform. A piece or two may definitely spark your interest.
