Maison Kitsuné brings the classic Parisian spirit, tinged with its characteristic mischievousness, to Vietnam in the Fall/Winter 2025 collection, accompanied by a cast of celebrities to create an inspiring fashion music “stage”.

On the evening of 26 August in Da Lat, Maison Kitsuné offered Vietnamese fashionistas a fresh experience with the launch of its Fall/Winter 2025 collection. Eschewing runway lights and flashing cameras, the event unfolded in an intimate setting, where music, fashion and individual personality converged to create a singular atmosphere.

The launch went beyond showcasing new designs. It embodied the “House of Foxes” philosophy: fashion is not about garments lying idle in a wardrobe, but a dialogue between heritage and the present, between classic elegance and modern playfulness. In this context, the appearance of Vietnamese celebrities acted as a catalyst, bringing the Maison Kitsuné story to life in a way that felt closer than ever.

Young Vietnamese stars and the Kitsuné spirit: when fashion becomes a walk in the garden of poetry

At the Mercure Dalat Hotel on 26 August, Maison Kitsuné officially introduced its Fall/Winter 2025 collection to the Vietnamese market. Instead of a formal runway show, the evening unfolded as a cosy gathering where music and fashion blended seamlessly. Beyond presenting the latest designs, “The Fox House” thoughtfully cast Vietnamese celebrities in roles that helped convey the brand’s spirit to the fashion community.

JSOL and Nicky showcased Maison Kitsuné’s new pieces, from cropped puffer jackets to oversized cashmere cardigans, each marrying European tailoring precision with the brand’s free-spirited ethos. My Anh and Khong Tu Quynh opted for elegant preppy tones, pairing neutral greys, beiges and navys with pops of red and green. Yeolan and Chi Xe brought a youthful, energetic interpretation, demonstrating the collection’s versatility in real-life styling.

Maison Kitsuné Fall/Winter 2025: A fusion of classic Paris and modern life

Maison Kitsuné’s Fall/Winter 2025 collection originates from the Palais-Royal, the home of the brand’s first café and creative headquarters in Paris. This is not merely a location, but a spiritual anchor, where classical history intersects with contemporary life. In this new collection, Maison Kitsuné once again demonstrates its delicate sense of balance: between traditional tailoring and a free spirit, between classical standards and youthful spontaneity.

Irish wool and tweed are the collection’s main fabrics, shaped through sophisticated tailoring techniques. Yet the inherent seriousness of British tailoring is softened by playful silhouettes: thin cropped puffer jackets, oversized cardigans, blazers paired with shorts… A reminder that luxury need not be restrained.

The colour palette leans on classic tones such as grey, camel beige, navy blue and black, punctuated with bright accents of red or Irish green, producing subtle surprises without disturbing the collection’s overall elegance.

The playful spirit is further amplified by a collaboration with artist Koja Strååt. Drawings of the Fox mascot in various “roles”, reading, raising a glass of wine, listening to music, appear throughout the collection, infusing each piece with wit and character. Maison Kitsuné remains elegant, yet never overly serious; youthful, yet far from superficial.

The atmosphere on the evening in Da Lat reaffirmed the brand’s dual DNA: music and fashion. This is no mere embellishment, but a return to the essence of Maison Kitsuné: born from music, the brand continues to let sound run parallel to style, shaping its identity.

When the collection arrived in Vietnam, that spirit was fully realised: luxurious yet approachable, classic yet youthful, standard yet mischievous. Most importantly, it was expressed through the faces and styles of Vietnamese fashionistas themselves.

Maison Kitsuné did more than introduce a Fall/Winter collection to Vietnam; it brought a story, a journey of balance between two poles: classic Paris and modern spirit, luxury and mischief, music and fashion. The presence of JSOL, My Anh, Hoang Ku and Khong Tu Quynh heightened the event’s allure and made the Maison Kitsuné DNA tangible within Vietnamese fashion life.

This season, every coat, cardigan and Playful Fox detail becomes more than a garment: it is an invitation. An invitation into a world where fashion need not be serious, where elegance meets playfulness, and where every individual can discover their own version of Maison Kitsuné.

In Vietnam, Maison Kitsuné is officially distributed by Tam Son International Company.
