We have to start with Blake's iconic look at the 2018 Met Gala. Dressing to the theme of Heavenly Bodies: Fashion & The Catholic Imagination, she looks stunning in a red and gold adorned Versace gown and headpiece. The dress alone reportedly took more than 600 hours to make.

A true Cinderella moment, the actress wowed in Vivienne Westwood Couture on the red carpet at the Slack Bay (Ma Loute) screening at the The 69th Annual Cannes Film Festival in 2016.

Again at the 2016 Cannes Film Festival, Lively stunned in this form fitting Versace gown for the Cafe Society premiere. The actress debuted her growing baby bump at the event, though these looks are far from maternity fashion.

Old Hollywood glamour at its very best, Blake looked incredible in a monochrome Gucci gown at the premier of Captives Premiere at The 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival in 2014, with the look perfectly finished with a sleek up-do and perfect red lip.

Nailing the red carpet once more, Blake wore a burgundy Gucci gown complete with thigh-high split for the Grace Of Monaco premiere at the The 67th Annual Cannes Film Festival in 2014.

Yet another example of Lively shunning shapeless maternity wear in favour of more fashion-forward choices, the actress wore a Burberry bodice-style gown in a floral-print motif for the 2016 Met Gala.
