This year's Haute Couture Fashion Week in Paris was full of major fashion moments—the Valentino show received a standing ovation led by Anna Wintour, Balenciaga pulled out all the stops with a celebrity packed line-up of models that included the likes of Bella Hadid, Nicole Kidman and Dua Lipa, and Olivier Rousting for Jean-Paul Gaultier stunned with theatrical looks that referenced iconic moments from shows past and perfume bottles present.

Off the runway, show attendees graced the streets in chic outfits that upheld the notion that Paris really is the fashion capital. Black or white looks were elevated with embroidery, body jewellery or standout accessories. Actress Tracee Ellis Ross sported a head-to-toe pleated Balenciaga look, while fashion legend Anna Dello Russo went the other way with a bright coral Alexandre Vauthier feather-trimmed gown featuring a unique sleeve that attached to the skirt.
