Kim Kardashian and Nicole Kidman’s surprise appearances on the Balenciaga runway wowed style watchers, as did Olivier Rousteing’s guest couture collection for Jean-Paul Gaultier

Haute Couture Week is all about celebrating extravagant designs and exceptional craftsmanship on the runway, and the autumn/winter 2022/23 collections shown so far have surpassed those expectations.

Fendi and Elie Saab delivered modern femininity, Viktor & Rolf played with major proportions and Vetements put their own spin on Haute Couture. Jean-Paul Gaultier, Balenciaga and Iris Van Herpen respectively wowed with major fashion references and a star-studded cast of models and drama on the runway, while Schiaparelli, Chanel and Christian Dior flaunted their core DNA with dazzling looks.
