Merz Aesthetics and Ultherapy introduces a science-backed recovery mask while naming Scha Alyahya as its first Malaysian ambassador
The conversation around aesthetics has evolved well beyond chasing quick fixes. Today's patients are increasingly seeking treatments that deliver natural-looking results while fitting seamlessly into a holistic approach to skin health—one where preparation, treatment and recovery are considered equally important.

Recognising this shift, Merz Aesthetics has expanded the Ultherapy PRIME experience in Malaysia with the launch of the Ultherapy Mask. The PDRN Peptide Radiance is a clinical-grade hydrogel mask designed to support skin recovery after aesthetic procedures while promoting hydration and radiance as part of an everyday skincare ritual. Available exclusively through PRIME-certified clinics, the launch signals the brand's continued commitment to extending professional care beyond the treatment room.

Unveiled during the Ultherapy PRIME Soirée in Kuala Lumpur, the launch forms part of the brand's 2026 campaign, See My Skin, Lift My Way—a celebration of personalised aesthetic journeys that embrace individuality rather than one-size-fits-all beauty standards.
As non-invasive treatments continue to gain popularity, post-treatment care has become an increasingly important part of achieving and maintaining optimal results. Rather than viewing recovery as an afterthought, many practitioners now see it as an essential extension of the treatment itself.

Developed specifically to complement Ultherapy PRIME procedures, the new mask combines advanced skincare ingredients with a hydrogel delivery system engineered to maximise comfort and efficacy. The cooling mask is clinically tested to soothe skin immediately after application while delivering long-lasting hydration and helping reinforce the skin barrier. It also aims to improve elasticity and visible firmness, supporting healthier-looking skin in the days following treatment.

Its formulation brings together MC-PDRN, derived from salmon DNA and widely recognised for its regenerative properties, alongside five multi-molecular-weight hyaluronic acids for layered hydration. A complex of 20 peptides works to support collagen production, while adenosine and niacinamide help enhance brightness and refine overall skin texture. Dermatologically tested and free from fragrance, ethyl alcohol and parabens, the mask is also suitable for sensitive skin.

The design itself reflects the precision behind the treatment it accompanies. A three-piece hydrogel construction allows the mask to contour comfortably across the upper face, lower face and neck, improving adherence while minimising air gaps for more effective ingredient delivery.
While conceived as a post-procedure recovery product, the mask is equally positioned as an elevated at-home skincare treatment for those looking to incorporate clinic-inspired care into their weekly routines.

Alongside the product launch, Merz Aesthetics also announced actress, television personality and entrepreneur Scha Alyahya as Malaysia's first Ultherapy PRIME Brand Ambassador.
Long regarded as one of Malaysia's enduring style icons, Scha represents the campaign's emphasis on authenticity and confidence over transformation. Her appointment reflects a broader industry shift towards aesthetic enhancements that celebrate natural features rather than alter them.

"Confidence comes from being genuine," Scha shared at the launch. "Ultherapy PRIME supports that journey in a way that feels both empowering and real."
The appointment also underscores Ultherapy PRIME's message that aesthetic treatments are deeply personal. Rather than prescribing a singular definition of beauty, the campaign encourages individuals to make choices that align with their own goals, lifestyle and sense of self.

Together, the launch of the Ultherapy Mask PDRN Peptide Radiance and Scha Alyahya's appointment represent more than new additions to the Ultherapy PRIME portfolio. They reflect a growing movement within modern aesthetics that values longevity, thoughtful recovery alongside visible results and confidence rooted not in changing who you are, but in feeling like the best version of yourself.
