The partnership between Sephora and Olive Young launches today across Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, with over 180 products and a dedicated K-beauty launchpad at Ion Orchard

For anyone who has spent time trawling the internet for a specific Korean serum or essence unavailable locally, today’s news is especially exciting. Sephora and CJ Olive Young are expanding their global retail partnership to Southeast Asia: from today, September 2, 2026, a curated edit of 20 Korean beauty brands and over 180 products will be available across Sephora stores in Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand, as well as on the Sephora app and online.

The selection has been curated by Olive Young, Korea’s dominant health and beauty retailer, with an unmatched view of what is selling, emerging and trending in the domestic market. This includes brands with established consumer followings at home: among them Bioheal Boh, Rejuran, Numbuzin, Beplain, Cell Fusion C and The Lab by Blanc Doux, alongside further names spanning skincare, haircare, makeup and fragrance. Specific brands will differ by country.

To mark the launch, Sephora will introduce limited-time K-beauty discovery launchpads at three flagship locations: Ion Orchard in Singapore, Fahrenheit 88 in Kuala Lumpur and Siam Center in Bangkok. Each space will feature trend edits, sampling, interactive experiences and hero routines drawn from the new assortment. Selected purchases will unlock a gift with purchase comprising an Olive Young pouch and charms, subject to availability.

The partnership brings together complementary strengths on both sides. “Our partnership with Olive Young combines their deep understanding of Korea’s fast-moving beauty landscape with Sephora's expertise in curating for our clients,” says Pallavi Naidu, vice president of merchandising, Sephora Asia. “Together, we are bringing an edit that reflects the innovation and diversity of K-beauty today.”

The timing reflects a regional appetite for K-beauty that has been building for some time. How the assortment expands from here will be worth watching.
